What to include

Useful reports make reproducing a problem much faster. Where possible, include:

• Frontierfall build/version number
• Phone or device model
• Android version
• What you expected to happen
• What actually happened
• Steps that reproduce the issue
• A screenshot or short video if useful

Save or progression issue?

Mention whether the problem happened after an app update, reinstall, fresh install, character change or multiplayer session. That context can be important when tracing save behaviour.
